This will include the types of womens body building diets that are the most healthy for you as well as the best womens body building supplements for your workouts.
You will need to take special womens body building vitamins, minerals and supplements and these will be very different than the mens supplements because your bodys biology is very different. Look at steroids for instance while these are not good for either men or women there will be some particularly disturbing side effects in women.
The sport of womens body building is full of women taking steroids and these women are getting way too much testosterone put into their bodies. This testosterone will grow hair, much more than is normal about the face and body as well as have other side effects like mood swings and increased aggression. None of these things will do much for you and your womens body building and steroids will only harm your body in the long run.
